Blue Monarch is seeking Account Executives to join our team and grow our territory in AZ, CA, FL, MA, NV, NY, TX & RI. Our Account Executives are driven sales professionals with a passion for our award-winning premium natural skincare products. The Blue Monarch Sales Consultant is proven to be a self-motivated, achievement-oriented salesperson focused on growth while also being known by clients as a natural relationship builder and true business partner. Account Executives are responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts and prospecting new clients in the area.

·Actively maintain existing client accounts: conduct regular business meetings with active accounts; lead trainings with new accounts and refresher trainings with ongoing training and education with both new and existing accounts;  collaborate with clients to create actionable business plans resulting in revenue generation for them and Blue Monarch.

·Drive growth by adding new accounts: profile prospects throughout territory; develop a robust pipeline of leads; educate and market to prospects on Blue Monarch products; and convert leads into customers through follow-up visits, strong persuasion and communication skills, and a collaborative, consultative approach.

·Drive Sales Results: be recognized for your performance at regional sales meetings with your co-workers and on regional conference calls; manage customer orders and questions; make decisions using available information and resources; assist in the development of territory sales forecasts; create monthly territory analysis; use organizational skills to plan sales call rotations, record sales notes, track prospects, and comply with required reporting and other internal administration tasks.

·Represent the Blue Monarch brand positively: share your passion for natural and chemical-free skincare products with enthusiasm; ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio and ability to clearly promote our products’ value; demonstrate continuous personal development by being open and receptive to customer feedback; communicate clearly and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.


This is an independent contractor sales position. We offer a competitive uncapped monthly commissions, and year-end bonus. Blue Monarch will provide all the marketing materials.



At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the dermatology, beauty stores or spa market.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
